Enlarge Your Boundaries
Dear Church Family,
Grace and peace to you in the name of our Lord Jesus Christ !!!
Did you know that the month of January is named after Janus, a figure from Greek mythology who is depicted with two faces on one head? These faces look in opposite directions—one gazes backward and the other forward. As we enter the new year 2026 through the doorway of January, we too look back and reflect on God’s faithfulness in our lives and in our church during 2025. At the same time, it is an ideal moment to look ahead and set a course for 2026.
Our promise verse for 2026 is Isaiah 54:2
“Enlarge the place of your tent, and let them stretch out the curtains of your dwellings;
Do not spare; Lengthen your cords, and strengthen your stakes.”
உன் கூடாரத்தின் இடத்தை விசாலமாக்கு; உன் வாசஸ்தலங்களின் திரைகள் விரிவாகட்டும்;
தடைசெய்யாதே; உன் கயிறுகளை நீளமாக்கி, உன் முளைகளை உறுதிப்படுத்து.
God is about to begin new things that will surprise you. As you continue to walk in His strength, you will end some things that will become blessings. Remember what God has done in your life in the past, and make conscious choices to end anything that deters you from God’s plan.
God will bless 2026 as a year of next-level preparation—in your abilities, vocation, calling, gifts, and aspirations—that will launch your life forward. Intentionally push yourself to a greater level of preparation and excellence. If you prepare yourself the same way as before, you will get the same results. However, if you prepare yourself at a higher level, you will achieve different and amazing new outcomes.
May this new year be a time for deepening your discipleship and faith. Make a personal commitment, and renew it daily, to magnify God and walk closely with Him. Deepen your commitment to studying the Word, prayer, fasting, worship, giving, witnessing, participation, doing ministries and stewardship. Give God more of yourself as you seek more from Him in 2026.
As your pastor, I celebrate God’s providence over our church family during 2025, and I am excited about the power of God that will be manifested in our church and in your lives in 2026. Our church is in God’s hands and will flourish by His power and authority. God will enlarge our boundaries this year and bless us abundantly, beyond all we can ask or imagine.
Let us commit ourselves—individually and collectively as a church—to see the amazing blessings that will flow in and through us.
Blessed New Year to you all!
