God's Unchanging Protection
Dear Church family,
I hope this message finds you well. I recently finished watching the videos from our church retreat 2025, along with the uplifting messages from Rev. Collin D’Cruz. For those who couldn’t attend, I encourage you to listen to the sermons centered around the theme “Growing up in Character.”
By God’s grace, we've had a wonderful month of ministries in our church. Although the summer heat has been intense, we continue to worship Him every Sunday with joy and gratitude. We concluded our July sermon theme, “Know your servanthood,” and I’m excited to share that our new theme for August will be “Know your ministry.” Let us prayerfully delve into the biblical teachings on leadership and ministries together.
As we enjoy this summer holiday season, it's essential that we still prioritize our worship services and the prayer ministries scheduled this month. Let’s continue to support our church vision of reaching 250 families, and I'm pleased to mention we have welcomed a few new families this month. May we keep praying for even more to join us.
For the month of August, we take comfort in the promise of Psalm 91:4: “He shall cover you with His feathers, and under His wings you shall take refuge; His truth shall be your shield and buckler.” This verse reminds us of God’s unwavering presence and His steadfast plan for our lives.
As we reflect on Psalm 91:4, it guides us to recognize the profound protection that God provides. Just like a bird shelters its young beneath its wings, God’s faithfulness acts as our shield against the fears of life. This promise is not merely a comforting thought; it is an essential part of God’s divine plan for each of us. We are not alone; He is with us, guiding and protecting us as we will navigate through the month of August.
We are praying for you all. Please continue to grow in faith, character, and your ministries.
In Christ,
Rev. Dr. Devadosan Sugirtharaj.
